TERMES ET CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION / TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Inscription / Registration

Levée de fonds obligatoire / Mandatory Fundraising Commitment

En m’inscrivant à l’événement, je reconnais et j’accepte que ma participation est conditionnelle à un engagement de levée de fonds minimale de trois cents dollars (300 $ CAD) au profit de l’organisme désigné par Courir Laurentides (9554-3468 Québec Inc.).
Je comprends et accepte que :
- la levée de fonds est obligatoire, personnelle et distincte des frais d’inscription ;
- les montants amassés sont non remboursables, peu importe ma participation ou non à l’événement ;
- le montant minimal requis de 300 $ doit être entièrement amassé au plus tard sept (7) jours suivant la date de l’événement ;
- à défaut d’atteindre ce montant dans le délai prescrit, Courir Laurentides (9554-3468 Québec Inc.), se réserve le droit de facturer la différence, de refuser toute participation future à ses événements, et/ou de prendre toute autre mesure jugée appropriée, sans remboursement des frais d’inscription.

By registering for the event, I acknowledge and agree that my participation is conditional upon a mandatory fundraising commitment of a minimum of three hundred dollars ($300 CAD) in support of the organization designated by Courir Laurentides (9554-3468 Québec Inc.).
I understand and agree that:
- the fundraising requirement is mandatory, personal, and separate from the registration fees;
- all funds raised are non-refundable, regardless of participation or non-participation in the event;
- the required minimum amount of $300 must be fully raised no later than seven (7) days following the event date;
- failure to meet this requirement within the prescribed timeframe may result in Courir Laurentides (9554-3468 Québec Inc.), charging the outstanding balance, denying future participation in its events, and/or taking any other action deemed appropriate, without refund of registration fees.
POLITIQUE SUR LES DOSSARDS / BIB POLICY

Aucun report de dossard vers une édition ultérieure ne sera accordé.
Les changements de distance ou les transferts de dossard sont acceptés jusqu’à un (1) mois avant l’événement. Passé ce délai, ils demeurent possibles mais seront facturés 15 $ (taxes incluses) par transaction.

No bib deferrals will be granted to a future edition.
Distance changes or bib transfers are allowed up to one (1) month before the event. After this deadline, they remain possible but will incur a fee of $15 (taxes included) per transaction.
2. Acceptation des risques / Risk Acknowledgment

Je reconnais que la participation à une course en sentiers ou sur route comporte des risques et dangers inhérents, notamment, sans s’y limiter :
la présence d’obstacles naturels ou artificiels, ainsi que des conditions variables du terrain ou de la chaussée (fossés, crevasses, ruisseaux, rochers, arbres, racines, souches, boue, eau, etc.).
J’ai été informé(e) de ces risques et j’y consens en toute connaissance de cause.

I acknowledge that participating in a trail or road race involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to:
natural or artificial obstacles, as well as changing terrain or surface conditions (ditches, gaps, streams, rocks, trees, roots, stumps, mud, water, etc.).
I have been informed of these risks and I accept them knowingly and voluntarily.
3. État de santé et habiletés / Health and Ability

Je certifie être en bonne condition physique et mentale, et ne présenter aucune condition médicale ou limitation physique pouvant compromettre ma sécurité.
Je suis le seul juge de ma capacité à participer à cette course, et je le fais de façon volontaire et éclairée.

I certify that I am in good physical and mental condition, and that I have no medical condition or physical limitation that could compromise my safety.
I am the sole judge of my ability to participate in this race, and I do so freely and knowingly.
4. Acceptation des conséquences / Acceptance of Consequences

les blessures corporelles, le décès, les dommages matériels ou la perte de biens pouvant survenir durant l’événement Ultra-Trail Jack Rabbit.

I accept and fully assume all responsibility for risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to:
bodily injuries, death, material damage, or loss of property that may occur during the Ultra-Trail Jack Rabbit event.
5. Dégagement de responsabilité / Liability Waiver

En conséquence, je dégage de toute responsabilité :
Courir Laurentides (9554-3468 Québec Inc.),
le Parc régional Val-David–Val-Morin,
ainsi que les organisateurs et commanditaires de l’événement, pour moi-même ainsi que pour toute personne sous ma responsabilité inscrite via ce formulaire. Je m’engage à informer toute personne inscrite sous ma responsabilité des présentes conditions.

Therefore, I waive all liability of the following parties:
Courir Laurentides (9554-3468 Québec Inc.),
Parc régional Val-David–Val-Morin,
as well as the event organizers and sponsors, for myself and any person under my responsibility registered through this form.
